Widerrufsrecht

We accept the return of full price & sale items returned within 14 days of purchase, provided your item(s) are unused, unworn and undamaged, and include all original tags, labels and retail packaging. 

Returns will be processed within 7-10 days of receipt.
You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved in our system.

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in original, unused condition, in original packaging and tags attached. You must also return any free promotional items you received with your original order.

Return refunds do not include shipping charges, you will be refunded for the goods returned only.

EXCEPTIONS

We cannot accept any returns on hatwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons, except where faulty or not as described (see “Faulty Items” below).

FAULTY ITEMS

If your items are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to return them to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange or a refund.  If you are returning the items after 30 days has passed, we may opt to repair or replace them before offering a refund. We will cover the cost of any return postage for goods bought online which are faulty or not as described.
This does not apply to items which are discounted by us for an obvious fault.
